Refund policy
At Kodiak Form, we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us at contact@kodiakform.com.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing it.
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification will be possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery, provided they are:
- unused and unworn;
- in their original condition; and
- returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether they have been worn.
Approved returns for other eligible products are issued as store credit rather than a cash refund. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase from Kodiak Form.
To request a return, email contact@kodiakform.com within 90 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items unless otherwise agreed by Kodiak Form.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- underwear and intimate apparel;
- used or worn products;
- products damaged through use, misuse, or normal wear and tear;
- custom or personalized products;
- bulk orders; and
- gift cards.
This does not affect any rights you may have where applicable law requires a different remedy for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Store Credit and Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome of your return.
Where store credit is applicable, it will be issued after the return has been approved and processed.
Where a monetary refund is specifically approved or required, it will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account. Any currency conversion charges, exchange-rate differences, or fees applied by your financial institution are outside Kodiak Form's control.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to package orders securely. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@kodiakform.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
We will review the information provided and, where the claim is approved, arrange the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not replace or refund products that have been damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided, Kodiak Form may be unable to issue a refund or replacement for costs resulting from that error.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at contact@kodiakform.com. We will attempt to correct it before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other logistical disruptions.
If your order is delayed, lost, or appears to have a delivery issue, please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist where possible.
Any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we may review billing and shipping information and monitor transactions for unusual or potentially fraudulent activity.
In some cases, we may request additional information to verify an order before processing it.
If we reasonably believe that a transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer.
Product Colour Disclaimer
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual colour perception.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.
